52cm tall lamp - with beautiful Bistorta and Lavendar shade.

A 25cm diameter by 20.5cm high shade. This stunning lamp will enhance any room. The colourway is in sage greens, with hints of light blue highlighting details in the flowers of the beautiful Bistorta and lavender.

The fabrics are a labour of love; they’re all unique and all handmade by Laura.

Each of Laura’s Lampshades are printed on 100% natural calico, using the technique of collagraphy – see Technique’s page.

The base is made from stunning spalted beech, making a beautiful lamp, with a total lamp height of 52cm.

Finished with a gold twisted fabric flex and brass fitting. 60w max bulb- an LED bulb is recommended.

Lamps and Lampshades

The fabric has to be ironed and washed several times during the process, the inking and mixing of colours being done by hand. The printing can take several hours and then 7-10 days to dry. Laura then adheres the fabric to the special shade backing and makes the lamps herself.

The backing used has been fire tested; the inks used are light fast and wash safe.

Laura goes to every effort to source and hand select Dorset wood grown as locally as possible. She then hands it over to local wood turner who then turns the wood. She then makes the lamp base up and has them tested.

Laura prides herself on creating a Dorset product, handmade, bespoke and not mass produced. Buying the lamps not only supports Laura, but local sawmills, wood turners and British manufacturers.

All chocolate gifts are labelled, so please check for allergens before consuming.
They all contain soya and made on a premises that also uses nuts.
The dipped chocolate and Dipped chocolate gingers are dairy free.
The chocolates do not contain wheat or gluten but are made on a premises that where wheat and gluten are used.
If you wish to have a dairy free cracker set, please contact Laura directly, so she can accommodate.
Our supplier, Chocolatier, also makes diary free oat milk chocolate raisons on request.
